To initiate a return, log in to your account on Under your orders, select the item you wish to refund and click on the “Return” tab to begin the return process.

The credit note for the refund is issued once we receive the goods in our warehouse. Our team conducts a thorough quality check to approve the refunded goods based on quality parameters.

Items on sale are not eligible for a refund.

Please do not accept a delivery if the packaging is not properly sealed or is damaged. For order issues such as damaged or defective products, contact us at within 24 hours of receiving the products, along with product images.

Please share your email ID and the exact amount charged with us at so that we can quickly check the payment gateway and inform you accordingly.

We accept the following modes of payment for domestic transactions:

  • Credit cards – Mastercard, Visa, and American Express
  • Net Banking – All major banks
  • Debit Card – All major banks
  • Wallet
  • To redeem a credit note, sign in/log in to our website with your registered email ID.
  • Select products you wish to purchase.
  • Go to the checkout page.
  • Fill in shipping information.
  • Do not enter credit note details in the gift voucher box.
  • Go to the payment page.
  • You will see a checkbox that says to use credits worth XYZ amount.
  • Select that box and then complete the balance payment.

Terms & Conditions

  • Credit Note option will appear only when you are in the signed-in status.
  • If your order value exceeds the balance amount on the credit note, the balance must be paid at checkout.
  • The same credit note can be used until the balance gets over.
  • Validity of credit notes cannot be extended. Credit notes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.
  • If the payment was made using a credit note, a refund against the purchase will be in the same form.
  • The credit note/amount cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to the bank.
  • Gift cards can be redeemed online at Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards or be redeemed for cash or credit.

Gift cards will expire after 1 year from the date of issue, and any corresponding unused balance shall be forfeited thereafter. Please note that the validity of gift cards cannot be extended, and new gift cards cannot be provided against expired/unused gift cards.

Yes, gift cards are a prepaid instrument subject to regulations by the Reserve Bank of India. BlackCarrot will be legally required to share the details of the purchase of the gift cards and transactions undertaken using the gift card. As the issuer of the gift card, we are also required to share the Know Your Customer (KYC) details of the purchaser/redeemer of the gift cards with RBI or such statutory authorities, as per guidelines issued from time to time. If you have purchased a gift card from us, we may contact you in this regard.

A gift card, once purchased, cannot be cancelled, and no refund is applicable.
