Return Policy
We aim to process all returns within 3 days. If you have any questions about your return, feel free to reach out to the BlackCarrot Care team at support@blackcarrot.in or on WhatsApp at +91-7400 477 588.
📦 Damaged Products
We pack our products with great care. In the unlikely event your products arrive damaged, please send us a video of the sealed box and damaged product within 24 hours of delivery to support@blackcarrot.in. We will resolve the issue immediately.
✅ Return Conditions
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging.
- Please clearly mention the items you wish to return.
- For partial returns, only hand over the specified items to the pickup agent.
💸 Store Credit & Pickup Charges
Once items are picked up and pass our quality check, we will issue a store credit (voucher) for the item value, minus pickup charges:
- Orders below ₹5,000: ₹249 pickup charge
- ₹5,000 – ₹10,000: ₹499 pickup charge
- Above ₹10,000: ₹799 pickup charge
The voucher can be used for your next purchase and is valid for 15 days from the date of issue.
📍 Serviceability
If your pincode is unserviceable for returns by our courier partner (Delhivery), pickup can only be scheduled once it becomes serviceable again.
⚠️ Parcel Issues
- If your parcel appears tampered with, take a video before opening and contact us within 24 hours.
- If you receive an SMS/email saying your parcel was delivered but it wasn’t, contact us within 24 hours.
📝 Return Approval Process
- All returns must be approved by the BlackCarrot support team via email, WhatsApp or call.
- Approval may take up to 24 hours after your request is received.
🚫 Non-returnable Items
Orders placed using special discount coupons or via third-party coupon platforms are not returnable or exchangeable.
🎨 Artisanal Products
Many of our products are handmade and artisanal. Slight differences in texture, colour, or size are natural and not considered defects—they make each piece unique.
⚖️ Dispute Resolution
We aim to process all disputes amicably. However, in the event of unresolved issues, the jurisdiction will lie in Mumbai, India.
All returns and quality checks are subject to the discretion of BlackCarrot. But rest assured, we always strive for the best experience for our customers.
