We ship to all parts of India using our courier partner Delhivery.

We do not charge for shipping on any of our orders.

⏱️ Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Within Mumbai: ~ 2 days
  • Within Maharashtra: ~ 3 days
  • All Metros (other than Mumbai): ~ 3 days
  • Rest of India: ~ 4 days

These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on our delivery partner, Delhivery. While we are not liable for delivery delays caused by the courier, we will assist you in tracking your package.

💝 Customer Experience Matters

At BlackCarrot, customer delight is paramount. That’s why:

  • All your ordered items will be delivered in one shipment.
  • You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your package ships.
  • For special time-bound delivery requests, please email us. We’ll do our best to fulfill it, but cannot guarantee it.

❌ Cancellations & Delivery Failure

  • No refunds will be issued if an order is cancelled at the doorstep or there are three failed delivery attempts.
  • In such cases, once the parcel is returned to us, we will issue BlackCarrot store credit (valid for 7 days).
  • A no-show delivery charge of ₹250, your bill value, or your prepaid amount (whichever is lower) will be deducted from the store credit.

Important: For cancellations, please email us within 15 minutes of placing the order. If the order is already shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Standard shipping is usually the most economical option, but expedited shipping allows you to receive your order faster. With our Shipping Policy, you can easily track your order once it has shipped. After you purchase an item, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. Therefore, you can monitor the status of your shipment on our website. Additionally, if you have any concerns about your delivery, our customer support team is available to assist you at any time.

Returns and Exchanges

Our Shipping Policy also outlines the process for returns and exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days for a full refund. However, items must be in their original condition. We recommend keeping the original packaging for easier returns. Because we want you to be completely satisfied, we make the return process simple and hassle-free.
